Why can't I view the main part of the site properly?

The Calico Pie website utilises frames and Javascript, it requires that you use either Netscape or Internet Explorer version 4.0 or later. These are available for free, either as a download from the respective website or as a give away on most computer magazine CD's.

Why does nothing happen when I click on a subheading in the gallery?

Roll over the subheading and you will see a blue box containing a list of pages in that section. Then click on the one you want. If the blue box is empty there is nothing illustrated in that section yet.

Is It safe to Order online?

At this stage Calico Pie does not offer a full online purchasing service. It is possible to order products from our order form, but please log your credit card details with us before hand. Do not submit credit card information as part of an unsecure email or form. For more information see our security page in the Order form section.

How do I download an image from the Gallery section?

If you would like to save an image from the Gallery section for future reference follow, these instructions:
  1) Right click on the image you want to save (mac users hold the button down)
  2) Select 'Save Image', 'Download image to disc' or 'Save this image as'
  3) Select a location to place the image, and click 'Save'.
